Introduction of Alemei NSP Enzyme

β-mannan is a kind of hemicellulose which widely exists in corn, soybean meal, sesame meal, coconut meal, palm meal and other feed raw materials, which is harmful to the digestion and absorption of animal nutrients. Among those β-mannan, water-soluble β-mannan is the most anti-nutritious hemicellulose, and its anti-nutritional effect is much higher than that of xylan and glucan.

The anti-nutritional effect of β-mannan is mainly manifested in the following aspects: increasing the viscosity of intestinal chyme of livestock and poultry, and then resulting in difficult movement of intestinal contents.It hinders the interaction between digestive enzymes and substrate, produces physical obstacles to nutrient absorption, increases its water absorption, and reduces the expansion rate of chyme to the surface of mucous membrane, which greatly affects the absorption and utilization of nutrients. In addition, β-mannan is similar to the pathogen-related molecular structure, which can be recognized by pattern recognition receptors in the intestinal tract, thus inducing redundant immune response.

Alemei NSP enzyme was developed by Beijing Challenge Group Research Institute with a series of key technologies. It’s a new efficacy enzyme with β-mannanase as the main component. The main mechanism is the anti-nutritional factor β-mannan can be efficiently degraded to mannose oligosaccharide (MOS) in animal digestive tract. Alemei reduces the anti-nutritional effect of mannan, promotes the absorption of nutrients, and improves the feed nutrients utilization rate. On the other hand, the immune stimulation of β-mannan in soybean meal, cottonseed meal, rapeseed meal and other feed materials is alleviated, so energy consumption of animal body used for immune stress is decreased; In addition, the produced mannose oligosaccharides have good regulation function for intestinal health, which can promote the growth of beneficial bacteria (Bifidobacteria and the like), improve the intestinal microbial flora and the integrity of the intestinal mucosa.

Characteristics

Strong temperature resistance

Alemei NSP enzyme thermostability is up to 90℃.

Strong acid resistance

Alemei NSP enzyme retention is over 60% under the condition of pH 3.0 in water bath for 30 min.

High enzymatic hydrolysis efficiency

For corn and soybean meal diet, dry matter and energy digestibility can be increased by 2% -5%, and the metabolic energy can be replaced by 60-120 kcal/kg.

Stable product quality

Production is under ISO9001, ISO22000, FAMIQS and GMP+ quality management system certification. Quality is more stable.

 

Effect of dry matter digestibility on corn and soybean meal

Using the evaluation system established by the Challenge Research Institute based on the third generation of automatic simulated digestion system (SDS), the effect of Alemei on the dry matter digestibility of different batches of corn and soybean meal was evaluated.

Effects of Alemei on Dry Matter Digestibility and Reducing Sugar Release in Two Pig Diets

Benefits in broilers

One thousand healthy broilers, one-day-old, were randomly divided into 5 treatments, 10 repeats each treatment and 20 broilers each repeat. The positive control was fed with basic diet. The metebolic energy of the negative control diet was reduced by 40 Kcal/kg and the crude protein was reduced by 0.3% on the basis of positive control diet. The other three treatments were fed on the negative control diet and added 150g/t competitor 1, competitor 2 and Alemei NSP enzyme separately. The test period was 42 days.

Compared with positive control, the ME decreased by 40Kcal/kg, crude protein by 0.3%, adding 150g/t Alemei NSP enzyme, ADFI and ADG increased by 0.12g and 0.39g respectively. F/G reduced by 0.01;

Compared with the NC + Competitor 2 treatment, ADFI and ADG increased by 0.34 g and 0.34 g respectively, F/G reduced by 0.005.

Shelf Life and Storage

12 months under proper conditions in a dry, well ventilated and cool place with packaging unopened, away from sunlight.

 

Warnings

Store in cool dry place for maximum feed efficiency. Keep bag tightly sealed to protect from moisture.If released product can be swept up and if not contaminated can be used for animal feed.
