Functions

Cellulase is an enzyme of the hydrolase class. Cellulase causes hydrolytic split of cellulose (fiber), one of the main components of plant material (vegetable waste), with the formation of sugars (glucose or disaccharide cellobiose). We use it as a component for the manufacture of biopreparations-decomposers of organic waste and biopreparations for composting.

Warnings

Store in cool dry place for maximum efficiency. Keep bag tightly sealed to protect from moisture, if released can be swept up and if not contaminated can be used.
