Functions

Phytase - phosphoesterase, hydrolyses phosphoric ester bonds in phyatates contained in plant material to inorganic monophosphates and to myoinozitol phosphates. We use it as a component for the preparation of decomposers and preparations for composting: phytase by its action reduces phosphate pollution of the environment by insoluble phosphorus compounds.

Warnings

Store in cool dry place for maximum efficiency. Keep bag tightly sealed to protect from moisture, if released can be swept up and if not contaminated can be used.
